2. What personal data do we process?

We only process personal data necessary to provide our services, including: name and company name, address and location details, email address, phone number, billing and payment details, IP address, login and account details, user data within Enzo software, and communication data (emails, support tickets and chat messages). We do not process special or sensitive personal data unless you actively provide them — which is discouraged.

Only when necessary for our services: hosting and infrastructure providers, payment and financial service providers, and IT, support and software partners. These parties act as processors or sub-processors. We never sell personal data.

6. Processors and sub-processors

Where Enzo processes personal data on your behalf, you are the data controller and Enzo B.V. is the processor under GDPR. We enter appropriate processor agreements with sub-processors.

7. How do we secure personal data?

Appropriate technical and organisational measures including SSL/TLS, access restrictions, logging and monitoring, and regular security updates.

8. How long do we retain personal data?

No longer than necessary: during the agreement, for statutory retention periods, and after termination only for administrative, legal and security purposes. You can export your data after termination.

We will notify you without undue delay if a breach may affect your privacy.

11. Use of AI and automated processing

Enzo B.V. uses automated systems and AI for support, usage analysis and service improvement. These systems do not make decisions with legal effect without human intervention.
